Young Vincentian Conference of St. Anne

We are very pleased to inform our Parish that the St. Anne Youth Group has partnered with the St. Vincent de Paul St. Anne Conference as the FIRST Young Vincentian group in the Diocese of St. Petersburg!

What does this mean? Our Youth Group will work hand in hand with the adult Vincentians to serve the community even more. We believe that it is so important for the youth to understand the value and power of serving those in need, and we are excited to start this program with them. This is something the Youth decided they wanted!

This particular group is self-governed, moderated by Taylor, the Youth Ministry Coordinator. This means the Youth will be able to use their voices and talents when recommending service projects to participate in! We will meet every Sunday following the 5 PM Mass from 6-7:30 in FFC 10&11. The last Sunday of every month will be dedicated to “Vincentian work”, which entails brainstorming and implementing service projects and ideas.

The official Installation Mass for our Young Vincentian Chapter was Sunday, July 23rd, at the 5 PM Mass. We invited all to attend and are grateful for those who came to witness this amazing opportunity our Youth has been given!
